This desktop dispensing machine adopts 4-axis synchronized , It is fitted with an angled screw-driven dual-component dispensing valve plus a 4th rotary workpiece axis. It is engineered for sealing, potting and arc coating processes on circular and ring-shaped components.
Equipped with a water cooling temperature control system, it eliminates valve clogging caused by premature curing of mixed two-part AB adhesives. Compact for benchtop deployment in low-to-medium volume precision electronics workshops, it fully replaces manual gluing operations to deliver consistent coating quality and higher production throughput.
