The SPL-DC80 Eight-Station Circular Dispensing Machine adopts an equally divided 8-position rotary table structure with dual dispensing valves working simultaneously. It enables parallel loading/unloading and dispensing operations without production line downtime.
Featuring a compact footprint, this machine is engineered for mass sealing and gluing processes of circular & ring-shaped workpieces. It is widely applicable to LED lamps, sensors, small plastic housings and annular electronic components, delivering an independent output of 1,500–2,000 pieces per hour. It fully replaces manual gluing and greatly boosts mass production efficiency.

It features an evenly split 8-position rotary table with dual dispensing valves operating synchronously, supporting parallel loading/unloading and dispensing without any production line downtime. Boasting a compact footprint, this machine is designed for mass sealing and gluing of circular and ring-shaped workpieces. It is widely compatible with LED lamps, sensors, small plastic housings and annular electronic components, achieving an independent output of 1,500 to 2,000 pieces per hour. Step5 Start production

Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
