Panoramic Vision Precision Automatic Dispenser
Description
Vision Inline Precision Dispenser is a production‑line‑oriented inline dispensing solution. Different from standalone batch‑type dispensers, it can be directly embedded into existing assembly lines for continuous non‑stop workpiece processing. Equipped with high‑resolution CCD vision system, it completes visual positioning before dispensing, automatically compensates workpiece position deviation. After dispensing, inline vision inspection verifies glue path, glue width and glue quality, identifying missing glue, overflow, glue offset and broken glue in real time. Support screw valve / jet valve for different viscosity adhesives, including sealant, thermal conductive adhesive, structural adhesive. It reserves signal interaction interface to realize hand‑shake communication with upstream and downstream equipment. Production data including dispensing parameters and inspection results can be logged for full‑process traceability. Suitable for high‑volume mass‑production scenarios, greatly improving throughput while guaranteeing consistent dispensing quality.

Step2 Free proofing
We may need you to provide drawings /requirements of the machine. In some cases, physical samples may needed in case to provide more accurate solutions and quotation.
Step3 Verify the quality by sending back physical samples or via videos/pictures
After we finished the free proofing, we will send you back the samples or share you videos to varify the quality/perfomance of machine.
Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Arranges production
Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production.
Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
After the production finished ,we will debug the machine and once again verify the machine under your witness.once everything settled , we will ship the machine to you.
