Description
This Pressure‑Disc‑Pump Screw‑Valve Precision Dispenser is cabinet‑integrated automatic dispensing equipment for large‑capacity high‑viscosity adhesives. It is fitted with pressure disc pump feeding system, specially for 20L large‑barrel glue, solving feeding difficulty of high‑viscosity thick adhesive. The screw valve delivers stable metering for abrasive filled adhesives, including sealant, thermal conductive adhesive and filled epoxy. Safety light curtains are installed around working area for operator protection. It supports dot dispensing, line dispensing and contour sealing dispensing. PLC centralized control saves multiple groups of process recipes. Reserved signal interface supports assembly‑line docking. Optional vision positioning and inline glue‑defect inspection are available. Widely used in new‑energy components, automotive electronics, household appliances for sealing and thermal bonding mass manufacturing.

Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Arranges production

Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
