The two-component visual automatic dispenser for thermal conductive adhesive is specially developed for thermal conductive adhesive and thermal conductive gel. It is equipped with CCD visual positioning and precision screw valve, and is suitable for grinding thermal conductive media containing fillers. Supports both quantitative and linkage control modes, with mixed tube anti curing timed dispensing function, can be connected to assembly lines, widely used in thermal conductivity bonding filling processes for new energy power modules, energy storage, automotive electronics, PCBA, and can be optionally equipped with online adhesive path detection to achieve production data recording and traceability.

Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Arranges production

Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
