Description
This Silicone Two‑Component Precision Dispenser is dedicated automatic dispensing machine for two‑component silicone materials. It adopts dual rotary work‑stations. While one station is executing dispensing process, operators can load and unload workpieces on the other station, greatly saving cycle time and raising overall throughput. Matching with static mixing head, it completes on‑site mixing of A‑component and B‑component silicone before dispensing. Suitable for medium‑large flow silicone sealing, potting and filling process. Equipped with independent touch‑screen control panel, users can set mixing ratio, dispensing volume and motion parameters conveniently. Multiple groups of process formulas can be stored. The cabinet‑type mobile frame with casters makes equipment relocation flexible. Reserved signal interface supports connecting with upstream and downstream automation devices. Optional CCD vision positioning is available for higher‑precision workpiece positioning. Mainly applied to two‑component silicone sealing and potting for automotive electronics, household‑appliance modules, new‑energy components and sensors.

After we finished the free proofing, we will send you back the samples or share you videos to varify the quality/perfomance of machine.
Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Arranges production
Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production.
Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
After the production finished ,we will debug the machine and once again verify the machine under your witness.once everything settled , we will ship the machine to you.
