Benchtop screw valve solder paste dispensing machine with ±0.02mm repeat accuracy, 0.01ml minimal dispensing volume. IPC motion control, PC programming, ideal for PCB SMT solder paste dot & line dispensing.
Main features
- Screw valve specially optimized for solder paste: delivers stable dispensing volume, prevents solder paste segregation and inconsistent dot size. Minimum dispensing volume of 0.01 ml for ultra‑fine solder paste dots.
- H‑bridge gantry mechanical structure with X/Y/Z repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm, ensuring excellent consistency of solder paste dots in mass production.
- IPC motion control with PC programming, supporting complex 2D and 3D dispensing trajectories, suitable for long‑term continuous production.
- Compact benchtop design to save floor space; 10 kg Y‑axis payload, compatible with various PCB fixtures and tooling jigs.
- Working air pressure range: 0.25‑0.7 MPa, compatible with solder paste, silver paste, conductive glue and other medium‑to‑high‑viscosity fluids of different viscosities.

After we finished the free proofing, we will send you back the samples or share you videos to varify the quality/perfomance of machine.
Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Start production
Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production.
Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
After the production finished ,we will debug the machine and once again to verify the machine under your witness. Once everything settled , we will ship the machine to you.
