This one‑component Screw Valve Gantry Dispenser adopts heavy‑duty gantry mechanical frame, which guarantees high motion stability for large travel range. Matched with screw valve, it realizes volumetric quantitative dispensing with consistent glue output, less affected by glue pressure fluctuation. It is designed for single‑component adhesives, including thermal conductive glue, sealant, red glue and UV glue. Supports large‑area coating, line dispensing, dot dispensing and contour sealing processes. Equipped with touch‑screen control system, multiple groups of dispensing recipes can be stored for fast product change‑over. Reserved signal interface supports communication with upstream and downstream automation lines. Optional CCD vision positioning achieves automatic workpiece offset compensation. Optional safety light curtain ensures operation safety. Mainly used for large‑size module dispensing, new‑energy component sealing, large‑format PCBA and panel‑product mass manufacturing.

Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Arranges production
Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production.
Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
