Description
This Large‑Travel Automatic Gantry Dispenser adopts rigid heavy‑duty gantry frame to ensure excellent motion stability under long‑stroke high‑speed operation. Customizable working stroke meets dispensing requirements of various large‑format workpieces. Compatible with screw valve, jet valve and pressure‑barrel feeding system, it supports single‑component adhesives such as sealant, thermal conductive glue, UV glue and red glue. Realizes dot dispensing, line dispensing, large‑area coating and contour sealing. Touch‑screen control stores multiple process recipes for rapid product change‑over. Reserved signal interface enables seamless docking with automated production lines. Optional CCD vision positioning provides automatic workpiece offset compensation. Safety light curtain is available for personnel protection. Ideal for mass production of new‑energy modules, large‑size PCBA panels, flat components and automotive electronic assemblies.

Step2 Free proofing
We may need you to provide drawings /requirements of the machine. In some cases, physical samples may needed in case to provide more accurate solutions and quotation.
Step3 Verify the quality by sending back physical samples or via videos/pictures
After we finished the free proofing, we will send you back the samples or share you videos to varify the quality/perfomance of machine.
Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Arranges production
Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production.
Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
After the production finished ,we will debug the machine and once again verify the machine under your witness.once everything settled , we will ship the machine to you.
