Description
This Desktop Dual‑Station UV Dispensing & Curing Machine is table‑top integrated automatic equipment dedicated for UV adhesive. With independent dual‑station structure, one station performs UV glue dispensing, meanwhile the other station completes UV‑LED light curing and manual loading‑unloading. Parallel operation cuts waiting time and greatly boosts production capacity. It supports syringe and pressure‑barrel feeding, compatible with screw valve and jet valve. Suitable for various UV adhesives including transparent UV glue, UV red glue and UV protective glue. Supports dot dispensing, line dispensing and contour sealing processes. UV‑LED light intensity and irradiation time are adjustable via touch‑screen. Multiple process recipes can be stored for fast product change‑over. Compact desktop layout saves factory floor space. Reserved signal interface supports connection with peripheral automation equipment. Optional CCD vision positioning provides high‑precision automatic offset compensation. Widely applied for bonding, sealing and reinforcement of 3C electronics, PCBA circuit boards, optical lenses, connectors and miniature components for medium‑batch production.

Step2 Free proofing
We may need you to provide drawings /requirements of the machine. In some cases, physical samples may needed in case to provide more accurate solutions and quotation.
Step3 Verify the quality by sending back physical samples or via videos/pictures
After we finished the free proofing, we will send you back the samples or share you videos to varify the quality/perfomance of machine.
Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Start production
Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production.
Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
After the production finished ,we will debug the machine and once again to verify the machine under your witness. Once everything settled , we will ship the machine to you.

We provide 1 year warranty for every machine we sold. Beyond the warranty, we will support life-long paid service and free tech support.
