SPL-Y2D Floor-Standing Automatic Vision Soldering Machine
The SPL-Y2D is a compact, fully enclosed, vision-guided automatic soldering system designed for reliable performance in mass-production environments.
Its enclosed cabinet integrates the motion mechanism, soldering unit, and vision module, helping to contain fumes and improve on-site safety.
A built-in HMI touch screen supports program editing, parameter adjustment, and real-time production monitoring.
The machine supports point soldering, drag soldering, and tin-dipping. Soldering temperature, wire feed speed, and feed length are precisely configurable, with multiple recipe storage for fast changeover.
Equipped with casters and leveling feet for flexible positioning and stable installation. Widely suitable for automotive electronics, communication modules, sensors, and high-precision PCBA assembly.

Nous pourrions avoir besoin de vos plans/spécifications concernant la machine. Dans certains cas, des échantillons physiques pourraient être nécessaires afin de vous proposer des solutions et un devis plus précis.
Étape 3 : Vérifier la qualité en renvoyant des échantillons physiques ou par le biais de vidéos/photos.
Une fois la validation gratuite terminée, nous vous renverrons les échantillons ou partagerons des vidéos pour que vous puissiez vérifier la qualité/les performances de la machine.
Étape 4 : Versez l'acompte conformément au contrat
Si vous êtes satisfait de la relecture gratuite, les deux parties signent un contrat pour démarrer la coopération.
Nous acceptons les paiements par virement bancaire (T/T) et PayPal. Un acompte de 50% est généralement requis. Veuillez vous renseigner auprès de notre agent commercial.
Step5 Arranges production
Dès réception de l'acompte, nous lancerons la production.
Étape 6 : Livrer dans les délais prévus par le contrat
After the production finished ,we will debug the machine and once again verify the machine under your witness.once everything settled , we will ship the machine to you.
Étape 7 Service après-vente
Chaque machine vendue est garantie un an. Au-delà de la garantie, nous assurons un service après-vente payant à vie ainsi qu'une assistance technique gratuite.
