Product Introduction:
New-generation intelligent AOI is specially developed for flexible PCBs (FPC) of new energy vehicle battery management systems. Equipped with self-developed AI algorithms, it detects up to 96 types of FPC defects including random scratches, dents and nickel sheet damages. This parameter-free AOI uses high-precision industrial cameras and linear motors to capture real-time images. Supported by deep learning algorithms, it enables one-click search and AI programming to identify dents, scratches, oxidation, bubbles and other defects on FPC and nickel sheets.
