Description
Desktop CCD Vision Single‑Liquid Precision Dispenser is a bench‑top automatic dispensing machine for single‑component adhesives. Built‑in CCD vision system recognizes workpieces and performs automatic offset compensation, removing requirements for high‑precision fixtures. It supports pressure barrel, syringe cartridge feeding, compatible with screw valve and jet valve. Works perfectly for UV glue, single‑component epoxy, sealant, red glue and silver paste. It realizes dot dispensing, line dispensing, arc and contour sealing. Human‑friendly touch‑screen control supports storage of multiple process recipes. Reserved signal interface allows connection with peripheral automation devices. Optional inline visual inspection detects missing glue, overflow and broken glue trails. Compact size saves workshop space. It fits well for R&D trial production, prototype testing and small‑batch flexible manufacturing of 3C electronics, PCBA circuits, sensors and miniature components.

Step2 Free proofing
We may need you to provide drawings /requirements of the machine. In some cases, physical samples may needed in case to provide more accurate solutions and quotation.
Step3 Verify the quality by sending back physical samples or via videos/pictures
After we finished the free proofing, we will send you back the samples or share you videos to varify the quality/perfomance of machine.
Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Start production
Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production.
Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
After the production finished ,we will debug the machine and once again to verify the machine under your witness. Once everything settled , we will ship the machine to you.
