Product Introduction:
This SPL‑SM510‑series is a 2D intelligent AOI inspection machine specially designed for SMT post‑reflow production. Adopting high‑resolution industrial camera and multi‑angle programmable lighting system, it performs comprehensive optical inspection for surface‑mount PCBA after reflow soldering. It detects common SMT defects: missing component, component offset / shift, tombstoning, wrong polarity, bridging, insufficient solder, excessive solder, foreign debris and marking errors. Integrated touch‑screen HMI supports recipe programming, real‑time defect preview, image review and quality‑data statistics. Top‑mounted multi‑color tower light shows running, warning and fault status clearly for workshop operators. Standard inline conveyor interface allows seamless integration into existing SMT production lines. Defect coordinates output, alarm trigger and NG board marking function are supported. AI‑assisted recipe learning reduces programming time and speeds‑up product change‑over. Compact footprint saves factory floor space.
