This Inline Potting Machine SPL-ZXGJ551 is a conveyor‑through automatic two‑component potting equipment for high‑volume automated production lines. It operates under atmospheric pressure without vacuum chamber. Workpieces are fed automatically from upstream conveyor into the machine’s working area. Built‑in XYZ motion platform executes pre‑programmed dispensing paths. Two‑component adhesives are precisely metered and statically mixed before potting. After completion, finished products are conveyed out to downstream processes continuously. The machine features a transparent viewing window for real‑time process observation. Touch‑screen HMI supports path editing, adjustment of mixing ratio, glue output and conveyor speed. It is equipped with tower status light, emergency‑stop button and safety interlock protection. Compatible with epoxy resin, polyurethane and silicone. This inline potting solution is widely used for power adapters, switching power supplies, transformers and common electronic assemblies where ultra‑strict bubble‑free requirement is not necessary. It improves production efficiency and realizes fully‑automated inline manufacturing.
