- Visual Visual Positioning System (Core Welding Unit)
- Equipped with high-definition industrial CCD camera and visual algorithm, real-time recognition of PCB board MARK reference points, automatic compensation of fixture feeding deviation, positioning accuracy up to ± 02mm; soldering iron automatically completes spot welding, drag welding, and tin filling, matched with automatic tin breaking and feeding mechanism, eliminating virtual soldering, continuous soldering, and tin explosion problems.
- The vertical motion mechanism is the soldering execution axis, which supports XYZ multi axis linkage.
- Outer cover: Fully enclosed outer protective cover
- The whole machine is enclosed with acrylic/sheet metal cover, which has two main functions:Isolate welding high temperatures and tin smoke splashes, protect the workpiece and internal motors and visual lenses of the equipment;
- Centralized collection of soldering waste gas, which can be connected to an external smoking purification device to improve the workshop environment;Prevent foreign objects from falling into the moving mechanism and reduce equipment failure rate.

- Installed on both sides of the device operation opening, the infrared beam forms an invisible protective zone:

Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Arranges production

Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
