Description
Pressure Disc Pump Glue Supply System is a mobile drum‑mounted feeding station designed for high‑viscosity two‑component adhesives. It adopts pressure disc pump structure to press and extract adhesive directly from standard material drums, eliminating material cavitation and air entrapment during feeding. This glue supply system handles high‑viscosity silicone, polyurethane and epoxy resin packaged in 20 L to 200 L drums. Equipped with touch‑screen control, it supports real‑time monitoring of pressure, flow rate and material residual quantity. Heated hoses are optional to improve material fluidity for extra‑high‑viscosity media. Mounted on casters with leveling feet, the unit can be flexibly combined with automatic potting machines, vacuum potting stations and robotic dispensing workcells. It ensures stable, continuous glue feeding, reduces drum‑change downtime and improves overall production consistency. Safety protection functions include over‑pressure alarm and material shortage alert. Widely used in electronics, new‑energy, automotive and electrical industries for potting, encapsulation and sealing processes with large‑drum high‑viscosity adhesives.
This 6cc two-component pressure disc pump feeding system is tailored for medium to high viscosity A/B adhesives including silicone, epoxy and PU. Equipped with dual pressure disc pumps and a 6cc metering cylinder, it achieves precise proportional dispensing with minimal glue residue. Featuring automatic lifting for continuous feeding, it fits electronic encapsulation, power potting and automotive filter production with strict ratio accuracy demands.

Step4 Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5 Arranges production
Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production.
Step6 Deliver on time according to the contract
