This Automatic Gear‑Pump AB Potting System SPL-GJ055 is an independent high‑performance dosing & feeding unit dedicated for two‑component adhesives. Dual gear‑pump structure delivers stable volumetric metering, mixing ratio can be precisely adjusted on touch‑screen. Material tanks are equipped with stirring, heating and low‑level alarm function to ensure glue stability for long‑time continuous operation. This system itself does not contain XYZ motion mechanism. It can connect with gantry dispenser, robot manipulator or assembly‑line stations. Static mixing head completes on‑site mixing before glue output. Reserved IO signal interface supports seamless integration into automated production lines. It fits continuous mass production of electronic modules, new‑energy components and electrical parts.

Step4   Pay the deposit according to the contract
If you are satisified with the free proofing, then both sides sign a contract to start the coopeation.

Step5   Start production
Once we receive the down payment, we will start the production.
Step6   Deliver on time according to the contract
